This annual event invites children to trick-or-treat at downtown businesses and enjoy activities. 
Halloween Vendor $25 (Non Downtown District Business/Organization)

● One of the following options 
        o Host a table and hand out candy - Choice of Lincoln Park or 4th St
        o Host a table and bring an activity/game - Lincoln Park
