For the 2nd annual festival we are excited to host the event in the RiverLoop Expo Plaza at Park Ave and Jefferson St in Downtown Waterloo.
Saturday, September 3
Hours: 11am - 8pm
The Downtown Waterloo Food Truck Festival is more than a foodies dream, it is a competition! Vendors will be competing to be named the best of the best! Each vendor will select a signature menu item that will be available in sample size.
Secret judges will will score the menu items, and the Yummo Award will be given to the vendor with the highest score.
Attendees will be able to purchase the $5 samples and vote for the Foodie Favorite and Flavoursome winners. An additional award, Treat Yourself award, will be selected by the committee.
VIP ticket holders have the samples included in the price of the ticket. Ballots will be available at the gate and ticket booth. They can be turned in at the stage. Voting will be open 11AM to 5PM with the winners being announced between 5:30 and 6PM.
Winners will receive a certificate, trophy, and prizes.
