Riverfront Renaissance
Riverfront Renaissance is a plan to revitalize and redevelop downtown Waterloo over a five-year period. The plan will involve significant renovations and developments, including an agricultural exposition center, a government campus, a revitalized retail district, enhanced residential sectors, a river walk to highlight the Cedar River, a new athletic complex, and several other additions and developments.
Main Street Waterloo is thrilled to be a part of this new plan, helping develop the downtown business district and contribute to a thriving downtown Waterloo.
